') The charge was - preferred • against Robert. Harold, Court, manufacturer’s representative, aged' 40 years: * It was alleged by the prosecution that Court had. removed * certain goods - from. . a shop occupied by Ernest Dawson, Ltd., without .the' ’ authority of Dawson, managing director yof the company ■, while she,-whs in Auckland. •
