PEREIRA DRAWS WITH RUMBERG (Per Press Association —Copyright). HASTINGS, August 30. Staging the best wrestling bout of the season here, Al Pereira and Hal Rumberg drew with a fall each tonight. The contest w.as the liveliest one seen in the district for a long time, both men showing remarkable versatility and action for men of their size. Rumberg gave Pereira a tremendous whirling before dumping him on the mat for a fall in the .fourth round. The seventh round had been in progress for 48 seconds when Pereira gained a fall with a body press, lolloping a series of flying tackles. The decision spoilt Rumberg’s unblemished record of successes. The contest was billed as a championship preliminary.
