COURT FINDS FARMER GUILTY.

Guilty on' all charges was the verdict of the jury in a case in which Andrew Charles William Krause,.farmer, - of- charged on five counts with stealing' 'ironf neighbours 73 sheep valued at £36. At the previous session the jury had disagreed on" the same charges. The evidence largely consisted of a. discussion of earmarking'. '
Mr Justice Hoed remarked that this was the first time that lie had heard the reliability of earmarking attacked. Krause was remanded for sentence.
