AGAINST SYDNEY PAPER

SYDNEY, April 12
■Am, action for libel against the “Labour Daily” of Sydney, brought by George Buckland, former secretary of . the . Australian Workers’ Union, has resulted in Buckland. obtaining judgment and five thousand pounds damages. The plaintiff complained of an article published in July, 1332, inferring that lie had allied himself traitorously towards his union.
