The British “United Press” Rome Correspondent says:—lt is learned in authoritative quarters here that the Four Power Fact has now been accepted as principle by the Powers concerned, namely, Britain, France, Italy and Germany. Signor Mussolini has never been insistent on the actual wording of the Pact, but he has emphasised in liis speeches in the Senate and in the Chamber that real peace will come when it pervades the wills of the nations. This spirit seams here to have been attained among the four great Powers.
