An accident occurred on the Greymouth whajrf, yesterday afternoon. While loading operations were in progress on the g.s. Karepo, some timber slipped from a sling, and struck a waters icier, J. AlcAlinn, of Blaketown, inflicting severe scalp wounds and a wound on the face.
