BERNARD SHAW AND GUY FAWKES. LONDON, December 24. Bernard Shaw, speaking in praise of ,Guy Fawkes at a meeting of the Fabian Society, said that Gny Fawkes was an intelligent man. He saw that the first thing to enable Parliament to do anything was to blow it up. In a way, it was a pity he failed, because the whole history of Parliament had been a vindication of Guy Fawkes.
