A foreign despatch from North Alancliuria reveals that the Japanese are starting a move against Supingiven. The main Japanese forces are moving westward simultaneously from Tsitihai and Hailun, and are reported to number ten thousand against the insurgents’ twenty-five' thousand.
RAIN AND STORMS. BRISBANE. November 21. •Wheat crops on Darling Downs were extensively damaged by torrential rain, three inches falling at Rockhampton in half an hour and flooding parts of the town. A dust storm and gale unroofed buildings at'Charters’ Tow© . and damaged the fruit' crops.
