THEATRE MERGER
CAPITAL NOW £5,000,000. (Australian Press Associatiov ). SYDNEY, October 15. An amalgamation is announced between Greater Union Theatres, Ltd., -and Hoyt’s Theatres, Ltd., from January 1 next. They will operate as a single organisation to be known as the General Theatres Corporation of Australasia, Ltd. The capital of the new company will be' £5,000.000.
