The “Daily Telegraph’' says:—An As* size Court will be constituted for the trial of Dartmoor prisoners over 'the mutiny. A Judge of the High Court will preside. A jury will be empanelled.
There are to be ntty of the convicts charged, collectively, with riotous conduct. Each prisoner is to be served with a copv of the evidence at the recent inquiry into the mutiny. They are to have the. option of being represented by counsel.
The prisoners may be chained to.ge'-her j„ „ steel dock, says the “Daily Telegraph." Certainly, such a trial is unprecedented in Ena la ml. It is disclosed that two mutinous convicts working in a laundry at Dartmoor savagely attacked and injured a tim'd loyal convict in the recent disturbance.
