Litvinoff s advocacy of disarmament at Geneva, the Soviet has ordered the immediate org-an-sation of a two months’ campaign to popularise military training. The Central Trade Union Council announced its intention to stimulate military propaganda, and training in all industrial centres, working in close contact with the Society for Aviation and Chemical Wara fro. The Society opened its campaign at Leningrad by anouncing -a programme to create new proletarian military training centres, a new system of military shock brigades, itinerant military exhibit ions, also schools ol training tor militarisation agitators.
