YEAR END DECREASE. ( By Telegraph—Per Frew A ssociation) WELLINGTON, January 5. The unemployment registrations for the week ended December 28th. totalled 45,140. This showed a decrease of 384 on the previous week’s. The total number registered included 36,952 men, who were employed part time on relief works. The bal--HHiee of -M8&-menwwere not placed.
