Jt is considered likely that Chichester will remain at Masbate until to-morrow. CAUSE OF MISHAP. PARTS, July 15. Lebrux lias forwarded a telegram that the crash in Siberia was due to frost accumulating on -tlie - wings, as the result of continuous flying in fog and rain. The machine descended in the woods.
