Reports of vile conditions surrounding the production of Soviet butter are confirmed in articles in the Moscow paper in “Parvada,” these containing the report of nn Official Commission that was .sent to inspect a Gutter factory at Molochnoe, one of the largest factories controlled by the Export Trust. The report stated two thousand head of cattle were in a shocking. state of neglect- The conditions o| manufacture are described as appalling,and as being so bad that it was sometimes necessary to destroy the product.
