Scalds caused bv the bursting of a hot water bottle in had, resulted in the death of Mrs Alalia Ann Perry, aged 86 years, of Mount Eden. The bottle burst along a seam, and Airs Perry was badly scalded. The medical evidence showed that death was doc primarily to the shock of scalding. At the inquest, the Coroner expressed sympathy with the relatives.
