Returned soldiers are reminded oT the general meeting of ex-servicemen to be held in t.lie social room of the Soldiers’ llall to-night when Mr W. E. Lonilley of Christchurch will address (hose present on the benefits of organition. Subsequently the local branch will deal with general business, including the presentation ol the animal report and balance sheet, and the election of officers. At the close of the business there will be a social hour when refreshments will ho served, The membership ol the local branch is now increasing steadily.
