The statement on British Empire trade, adopted by the Canadian Manufacturers Association at its annual meeting at Toronto to-day, declared when proper safeguarding of the interests of Canadian producers, industrial or argricutual, had been assured every practical plan to increase trade among the British countries should be supported.
