APPEALS FAIL
AUCKLAND, Feb. 16
The Auckland “Star” states that all of the appeals by the Telegraphists involved in the recent betting allegatins have been dismissed by the Post and Telegraph Appeal Board. However, Mr E. C. Out’ten, S.M., Chairman of the Board, when questioned to-day, would 'make no statement, beyond saying that the decision had been communicated to the appellants.
