ITALY AND JUGOSLAVIA. ESPIONAGE SCARE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Oopyri ght). BELDGARDE, Dec. 4. New Italo-Jugo-Slav tension has been aroused by the alleged discovery of a huge Italian spy system under which Italy has obtained possession of the whole of Jugo-Slavia’s mobilisation plans. Four ex-Russian officers, employed at the Ministry of Communications, have been arrested. PUKOAV AIUTINY. A PUNITIVE EXPEDITION. (Received this dav at 9.40 a.m.) SHANGHAI', Dec. 4. Further reports of foreigners arriving here from Nanking, regarding the Pukow mutiny show that all the administrative buildings wore looted, top and bottom. Every door, window and desk was smashed. Ten new locomotives, two of which wore armed. were seized and the railway officials forced to operate them at the revolver point. Loyal troops wore surprised asleep in their billets. Many who offered resistance wenkilled arid their bodies thrown on the roadside. Others were disarmed.
A punitive expedition has been despatched to Pukow from Nanking and is now in pursuit of the retreating rebels.
