FIRST IN AUSTRALIA. SYDNEY, December 1. The first air lighthouse in Australia, that has been erected on top of one' of the new city theatres, was officially opened by the Prime Alinister, Air J. H. Scullin, last night. The beacon is placed 250 feet above the ground, and has a visibility range of 50 miles. N.S.AV. COAL AGREEMENT. ( RATIFIED BY OWNERS. SYDNEY, Dec. 3.
