Describing herself as a writer of dramtic compositions, Katherine Burke Sherman has filed a two hundred thousand dollar suit against It. E. Sheriff, the playwright; Gilbert Miller,j the producer; Morris Brown, the theatrical agent; and Brent Amos,, of the Incorporated’Publishers, over the play, “Journey’s End.” The. complaint alleges that “Journey’s; End” infringes her three-act plnv “Flags'and Flowers,” bearing a similarity both in theme and the dia-. logue.
