In the North Sydney contest, where Mr Hughes and Dr Nott arc seeking for the anti-Labour suffrages, two additioiial candidates have been nominated, namely, Mr Judd (Leader of the Socialist Party) and Mr Banks, who describes himself as an independent Labourite. Neither of these latter .art* expected to poll more than a handful of votes. The Prime Minister, Mr Bruce, has two opponents in the Flinders contest in Victoria. One is Air Holloway, the official Labour candidate, and the other is Air Birch, an.unofficial Lab- ( ourite. The present election, which is causing tremendous interest and personal feeling, has brought forward many more aspirants than had been expected. • .
