SIX PEOPLE SHOT
BY A MADMAN. (Australian Press Association). PERTH, October 1. Harry Hall, armed with a revolver, ran amok at Palmyra last night, and killed his neighbour, .Robert Banks. He then visited the home of the Hepburn. family, and shot Mr Hepburn and wife and daughter. Hall then roamed the district overnight, and shot Harry Burton, a local milkman. The polioe then surrounded >his home, hut before Hall could be arrested, he shot himself dead. ; v Mr Hepburn and his wife Sre in a critical condition. , LATER, Burton is now dead. , It is understood that Hall’s mind was affected by a delusion that his neighbours were robbing him.
