CLOSES DOWN OWING TO COAL
STRIKE.

SYDNEY, May 27
The continuation of the coal strike led to the closing down of the C'hrystal Glass,Cov. at Alexandria. More than a hundred men are thrown .out of employment. The factory will not reopen until coal from the northern fields is available in sufficient quantities.
