13io British Ambassador, Air Esme Howard, told newspaper men here that he -would he willing to surrender his privilege of diplomatic liquor “if the United States intimates its desire to cancel the privilege.” He declared that he would be glad to co-operate with other members of the diplomatic corps in carrying out such a desire..
