She made a tlot«ur of the Lonely I.sinnds seaching for the Koboiihavn. Men were sighted on St. Paul’s, which is virtually a crater, who were overjoyed at their rescue. A party sot out from the Bcltawa taking stretchers and brandy. A motor boat came out to meet them, manned by French fishermen, who operate in the prolific waters of that region. They had been waiting for relief for seven months.
