CAIRO, Nov. 23
Hurlev unexpectedly arrived at Heliopolis aerodrome last night and is awaiting the permission of the Egyptian Government to fly on to London through the customary route. The weather conditions induced Hurley to alter his plan and fly via. Constantinople.
