At. a mooting oi' the Provincial Uxccutivo of the Southern Hawke’s Bay Branch of the Xow Zealand Farmer' Union) Mayor McDonnell suggested that it forward a letter of eongratulations to Mr M. >T. Poison (liesident of the New Zealand FarmerUnion) on securing a seat in Parliament. Mr J.
