“ VERY CONFIDENTIAL ” —TO-NIGHT.

v Madge Bellamy, hailed by many as the screen’s most beautiful actress, scores a notable success in “ Very Confidential,” a Fox Films production showing in this city at the Princess Theatre to-night. “ Very Confidential,” directed by James Tinling, is one of those delightful comedies which abound in “ little moments.” There is fun from' the outset, when Miss Bellamy, as a salesgirl in a sporting goods store, determines to win and hold the love of a stalwart halfback whose name is on every one’s Bps. Moreover, there are many thrilling moments. Tinling. i'n directing Miss Bellamy, seems to have the spirit of the story and star constantly in mind and he has admirably welded his material to fit the principal player and her screen requirements. The supporting cast is excellent and includes Mary Duncan, Marjorie Beebe, Patrick Cunning, and Joseph Cawthorn. ... The director lias been wise in. the selection of his locations and some of the camera effects by Joseph August are exquisite. These were filmed in and near Los Angeles and in the San Bernardino Mountain range above San Bernardino. there are a number of graphic .tliots on the famous Rim-of-the-world road a mile above the sea. Miss Bellamy figures in these with Alary Duncan and other contestants in a contest exclusively for women. This is a splendid offering. Acting, direction, editing and photography are fine and leave little to be desired. A topical and comedy will also be shown to-night and usual prices will be charged. On Wednesday, a Master Picture, “ College Days.” _ - '-
