BOSPHORUS TRAIN-FERRY. CONSTANTINOPLE', August 16. The Minister of Public Works states that an agreement lias been readied with a foreign company to carry out an experimental test of a train-ferry across the Bosphorus. It will run from Sirkedji, on the European side, to Haidar Pasha, on the Asiatic sfde. The Orient express does a 2,G00-miles run from Calais to 'Constantinople. . With a successful train-ferry service the express could be taken on to Angora, the Turkish capital, and Palestine.
