In the House of Representatives, the debate on the Address-in-Roply was resumed by Mr Hamilton (Awarua), after which a decision was taken ~ > on Mr .Holland’s amendment, which was defeated by 48 to 14, the Labour Party and Mr Atvnore alone voting for it. Othor speakers to the main question were Messrs Forsyth, McKeen, Wright, Nash.
