EVERYBODYS’ PICTURES 1 ‘FA SCI NATI KG- YOUTH, ’ TONIGHT. Something now in pictures! That’s this only way “Fascinating Youth’’ Paramount's latest comedy which comes to the Princess Theatre tonight can lie described. It is the result of the Paramount Picture School's first term ot work. The principal roles are all enacted by students el' the cinema laboratory. You’ll remember the much publicized school was organised some months ago by Paramount Pictures in an endeavour to introduce a new group of faces to movie-goers. The sixteen young men and women seen in “Fascinating Youth,” were'.selected and taken from every walk of life. Some were ar-
tists’ models, others, college students, still another, a teacher, one, a newspaper reporter and so on. ad infinitum. IHt ns forget what they were—suffice it to say that we know they are players—every one a fine ‘trouper.’ Director Sam Wood, the man who made many of the Gloria Swanson and Wally Reid successes, believes “Fascinating Youth” to be as good a film as he lias ever produced.
On Monday next the British Special Production: “Mademoiselle from Armontiere.s,” starring Estelle Brody will he shown for one night only.
