The scattered nature of the British Dominions makes this no easy matter, yet it is essential that the -personal touch should be given. The iours of our present King and of the Prince of Wales were a piece oT first-class Imperial statesmanship, the result of which was t’o cement the Throne, as a British institution, more securely in the public’s estimation. —Tlte “ Dominion.”
