Bid ley, was married to-Sid-ney, eldest s.m ,>1 Air and Mrs \Y. E. (iaylor, ol Hokitika. Archdeacon 11.I 1 . It. Hoggin, was the ofiiciatiug clergyman, and Mr Davis Hunt presided at tile organ. The bride, who was given away by her father, ware an attractive frock ol ivory crepe morocain. slightly drapeu to one side and licit! with a pearl ornament. 'I lie long sleeves were ol ivory georgette. Her iong embroidered tulle veil was laid with a circlet ol orange blossom. and she carried a bouquet ol white flowers. two maids were in attendance —.Miss Iris Clitlley. sister of the urine, wearing a pretty I rock of mauve georgette, with a long straight bodice and an nccordeou-pleat-eil siciri. amt Miss Alma Sampson, in a frock of apricot georgette, with a loose panelled skirt, earn panel wtlgeti with ruclicd ribbon anti finished at the ! waist with hnmi-madc llowers. Each I maid wore a tulle bum! round her hair, finished with a, Ixtiv, the tulle corresponding in colour to their frocks. They carried bouquets of mauve and apricot shaded dowers. .Air 1.. Boston was best mail, and Air Thomas Baylor, brother ol the bridegroom, was gitoomsman. Following tile ceremony, a reception was held at Dixieland, where the decorations were artistically carried out. Airs Bulky, mother of the bride, received the guests. She wore a distinctive frock oi navy: mamcaiu, with hanging side panels handed with dove grey and a front panel of grey, centred willi small navy buttons. Her small navy liat was trimmed grey
aigrettes placed across the brim in front. Airs Baylor, mother of the bridegroom, wore a frock ot blaeksouple satin and georgette, and a black hat trimmed with white ospreys. When the bride and bridegroom lett for their wedding tour, the bride travelled in a silver grey ensemble suit and a grey hat underlined with blue.
