The Latvian police have claimed to have discovered a colossal white slave organisation ill Moscow. They noticed hunderds of beautiful, Russian, Polish and Lithuanian girls. accompanied by nondescript husbands, departing for Rrac.il and the Argentine. The same men are repeatedly ap|iearing with new wives. 'I he girls, when questioned, declared they were over-joyed at leaving Russia. When they were told that 11wy would become white slaves, they retorted it was lietter to ho white slaves in South America than the hungry playthings of Russian Bolsheviks. It is believed the girls were sold for one thousand to three thousand sterling each.
