ARAITLJI!A FAT STOCK SALK. M. lIOI'STON AND CD'S. REPORT Our entry at the above sale yesterday consisted of GO lat sheep and II head of fat cattle. There was a large attendance of buyers and competition was very keen with the result that prices for hoof took a sharp rise, realising in some eases as high as 13s per hundred, the average for ox being about 40s, whilst good heiler and cow beef realised from 35s to -His. Ihe entry of bullocks from .Mr liobt. Ritchie of Bruce Bay was a nice line, the tops of which made £l7, the line of II) averaging .215 13s. I'he tallowing were the miles : 011 account of Mr I . Staines GO lat owes at 38s; on account Mr John Adamson 1 bullock at £l-1 10s. 2 at £l3 15s. 1 at £l4 2s (Id. 3 cows at £ll 10s, 3 at £3 15s. 1 at £0 ss, 1 at 28 15.5, 1 at £B. On account of Mr \Y. l.ves. 3 bullocks at £l4; on account of Mrs Cummings 2 boilers at 28 2< (id. 1 cow at £9 17s Od. 2 heifers at £9. 3 at £9 7s Cv.L 2 bullocks at £i<> 7s lid ; on account of Mr liobt. Ritchie 2 bullocks at £l7. 1 at £ls 15s. 3 at £lO ss. 1 at .215 15s. 1 at £l2 15s, 2 at Cl I 15s. I heifer at £ll ss, I at £lO 12s Od.
