It was also decided, in the event of South Canterbury accepting September 11. that the date suggested by Canterbury Union for a match at Christchurch. viz.. September 13. he accepted.

Air Perkins. manager of the Seddon Shield team, reported that the team's conduct on the visit to Mottioka had lieen good, and that the Golden Bay Cnion and people had treated them most hospitably.
