A suggestion by the Wellington Association lo the effect that a conference of all the Boxing Associations he held in Wellington with a view f > arriving at a settlement, was approved and it was decided to ask the affiliated associations to support the proposal, tile Otago Association agreeing to abide by any decision arrived at by such e< ufereme. The President (Mr Gillies) ami Secretary (Mr Divers) were appointed to represent the Otago Association in the event of a eonlerenee being held.
