Further steps in the administration’s more towards a world court, weie made to-day. when the State Department issued a statement answering the criticism that six votes of Britain's Dominions would have unfair discrimnation against the l nitcd States in the election of Judges. '1 be State Department points out that l idled States would be represented on the League of Nations Council where Britain lias only one vote, and that Council and 'Assembly would have equal power in the election of Judges. Ibis, in Mr Hughes’ opinion, removes all danger of discrimination.
