PARIS, March 25. Tt is spmi-officiaTTy nnnouneed that a Conference of Allied Foreign Ministers, re the Near East lias asked the Military experts to define the guarantees which it will be necessary to obtain from Turkey if the Dardanelles and Thrace are evacuated. Tt is believed that Allied consent to the evacuation in favor of their own military control of the Straits from the European side is ensured to them.
