The watersiders, however, refused to lift mails from the hold, which, they said lias cement dust on the floor, without the extra pay for dirt money. The departure of the vessel was consequently postponed until noon to-morrow. The watersiders had started work at about one o’clock, and stopped shortly after. They then demanded the dirt mney. The Arbitration Court filed an order granting a bonus to wool and grain storemen.
