RAIDS IN GERMANY. GREAT DAMAGE DONE. fAUSTRALIAN & N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION &. BEUTEB.] AMSTERDAM April 4. The newspaper “Les Nouvelles” learns that, in the latest Allied nir raid on the city Coblentz. in Germany 26 were killed and 100 injured. Enormous damage was done to the railway station. In tho last raid, but one, the city of Trevesi just over the German border, 60 were killed and 100 injured. The railway station suffered great damage and numerous streets in the vicinity are only heaps of ruins. Last week a raid was made on Cologne and was equally successful. The carriage of a troop train at the station was blow to atoms and many of the occupants were killed and injured. Tlie terror in Germany over the Taids is indescribable.

NAVAL AIR FIGHTING. (Received Thi.V Dav at 9.50. a.ra.l . \- LONDON, April 5. A review of the work of the Naval Air Service since the war, reveals energetic efficient operations in all theatres of the war. The force accounted for three Zeppelins and in twenty-four raids on London and elsewhere in England placed twenty-two enemy machines hors de combat. Hardly a fortnight passed without raids on Zeebrugge and Ostend, and in thirteen weeks, ending January last, 226 raids were carried out, and 655,987 lbs of bombs dropped.
