AUSTRIAN SOCIALISTS. (Received This Day at 1.5. p.m.) NEW YORK Docembcr 19. A United Press despatch from Stock- . holm details an interview with Weltner leader of the Hungarian Socialists who stated that moi-e than one hundred thousand people demonstrated at Buda pest on 24th August, and demanded n general peace. They rejected a separate peace proposal as likely to jeopardise democracy.
