MARCHING ON TIRANA.

Reports from Albama, show that a force of 6000 rebels are marching on Tirana. They are -m possession of field and machine-guns*, but are mostly undisciplined volarvteers. Th© Government is able- -to sneet them with 3000 armed regulars, A special danger exists in. the reappearance of armed SlovakiatvG^sek bands upon th© Albania frontier,, -taking advantage of unsettled conditions to invade Albania.

The American at Tirana offered to refer the trouble to th© League of .Nations, but both sides refused the^ffer.
