Received May 7, 9.20 a.m. LONDON, May 6. The Daily Chronicle's Berlin correspondent states that the new lleichstag will have a majority at least of 100 in favour of the Dsiwes report. The leaders also believe that they can command the two-thirds majority necessary for passing a change in the constitution concerning railway control.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
