BOY KILLED.
FATAL ACCIDENT AT MEREMERE
A very sad accident occurred at Meremere this morning. Allan Looney, aged 13 years, was riding ft horse to school, when in some way the horse fell and the boy sustained injuries which quickly proved fatal. 'Deceased was the son of Mr and Mrs Alexander Looney, to whom the deepest sympathy is extended in their very sad ioss.
