Received Feb. 27, 12.25 p m. LONDON, Feb. 26. In the debate to-morrow the I#T>eral amendment in reference to Poylar will not result in the Government's defeat. The Liberals will withdraw the amendment. The Conservatives will probably object, but the Government will have the Liberal support.—Sydney Sun Cables.
