SONG AIVI> DANCE RECITAL,
A song and dance recital in aid of the Boy Seoutsi' funds was given in the Opera House last evening by Miss Moore and pupils. A very good programme had been prepared, and one worthy of a hetter attendance of the public The cause was a worthy one, and an amount of about £26 only taken at the doors was a poor. re■ejxmse. The various items were entered into "heartily by the performers, amd fhe dressing of the parts was extremely good. Miss Emily Crimp ««peeiasly came in for a great reception for her two items. The following performers contributed to the song and dance portions of tfche programme : Misses G. Nicholson, I. G'SuTEvan, A. and K. Brown, IS. and 0. Bixon, V. ©ifljereon, M. G»y s M. Jackson, I. Robertson, Eileen Williams, 3". McAeey, M. Hopcroft., F. Murray., 3. Murray, O. Murray^ B. Periea, P. Brown, M. Kenny, *O. Peter*, I. Crosby, Ti, Williams, M. Gomer, O. Bryant, IP. Healey, Mora. Lay, G. Lay, D. Crosl»y, E. Crimp.. Messrs. .JLaidlaw and 'Poison gave a humorous and musical tfeetch. Miss Moore, besides contributing several items, conducted the proceedings, and great praise is due to her for her efforts. Renwiek's orchestra provided the music.
