OTTAWA, Jan. 2. A message from Winnipeg states that Mr. Massey condemns the Manchester Guardian's criticism of his Canadian speeches as "childish and unworthy of consideration.'' "I have no wish," said Mr. Massey, "to interfere in British politics. Having been misquoted before aailing from England, I wish to emphasise that the resolutions passed by the Imperial Conference are not binding on New Zealand until ratified by the latter's Parlia-ment."—Aus.-N.Z.
