OTTAWA, Jan. 2. A message from Winnipeg states that Mr. Massey condemns the Manchester Guardian's criticism of his Canadian speeches as "childish and unworthy of consideration.'' "I have no wish," said Mr. Massey, "to interfere in British politics.
