GREEK APPEAL TO LEAGUE
PAJRIS, Sept. 7. quoting a Milan newspaper's statement that it has proof that it was the British Foreign Office that first suggested _ Greece's appeal to the League of Rations, Le Temps says: "This must fae_cleared up.. If it is true, one understands why Britain .has been forced to present the Greek case at Geneva: but the question naturally arises as to yhether Britain possesses the necessary impartiality entitling her to the role of arbitrator.
